We want you to represent the Seattle Storm with pride, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your official Storm merchandise.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
